Pretty clear Roma are looking to offload Osvaldo and De Rossi....... I know I would take De Rossi but have a funny feeling chelsea want him. Osvaldo is quality but he is very much a Suarez character in terms of incidents with teammates and the like but very good.
Scores a fair few goals from set pieces - which is a nice little bonus I really badly want this guy, our medical team are superior so like Agger, they should keep him nice and fit.
agger in 2008/9 was good with carrgher... agger is no master however. one season fit is not a trend, its a hope. lets see what happens with him next.

Soldado to Spurs has been confirmed. I seriously hope we aren't depending on selli Suarez to spend money, whilst I'm happy with the players we've bought so far they aren't particularly top class players. Hope to sign Popadopalos (sp?) and two other attacking players.

I firmly believe they have agreed a fee with real and are spending in advance of it finalising. soldado is only an addition to paulinho and brings thier net spend up to something like 56mil. Do not expect them to spend more than another 30mil hoever as levy again keeps next spend at zero.
As much as I like Soldado, and I do think he is a top player - can't help but think that €30m is too much for him. Also, I understand that we are not dependent on selling Suarez in order to buy others. I'm guessing it's a case of finding it difficult to attract certain players without CL football. I would say that our current signings can be seen as uninspiring however I do think they are upgrades on what we have therefore our squad depth and quality has improved (in theory).
