SOD is having a meeting today with the board to see if it is possible for additional funds to sign Marlon Pack and another striker. If they say no we will not be signing Pack and only pursing a striker to replace Davies

Whats the point in posting false rumours about our players? Doing it to the Gas as retaliation to what some of their posters put up
29 Jul 2013 18:06:16 Bristol city are in advanced talks with a unknown Manchester United youth striker. 9 Jul 2013 14:13:13 billy sharp training at burnleys gawthorpe training ground this morning. didn't see much as players didn't stay out long due to the thunder n lightening
Couldn't see much but was able to identify Billy Sharp at a couple of hundred yards damn good eyesight that. plus that was dated 3 weeks ago now either it was a rumour when they thought they had sold Austin to Hull or there is a 2 missing from it.
29 Jul 2013 18:06:16 Bristol city are in advanced talks with a unknown Manchester United youth striker. Jesse lindegarrd Jack Barmby more realistic, and a real talent Jesse Lingaard*
1518: FOOTBALL BBC Wales understands Cardiff City are close to completing the signing of Tottenham defender Steven Caulker. It is believed the fee could be a club record of more than £8m. If only we could have kept hold eh??
Very surprised Spurs are letting him go for a cut price £8M and that if he was leaving Spurs, Swansea didn't come in for him he had a very good loan spell there.
With Brendon Rogers in charge, so perhaps Laurup didn't rate him enough? Could be the difference between relegation and staying up for Cardiff. Fantastic bit of business for them I say.
31 Jul 2013 23:36:56 Darren Ambrose loan deal to Bristol City from Birmingham to be completed this week. Leroy Lita is also being considered for a loan move, should other permanent signings not come to fruition.
Billy Sharp is the man they want,if this does not happen then you need fingers in other pies, hence Lita,I reckon Harwood and Pack are being kept on the back burner. If Sharp deal comes off funds will be tight.
S O'D wants Pack signed up before Saturday he knows we are light in midfield without Kelly and with Marvin with an injured knee. If the Sharp deal comes off there will be some very creative accounting going on you can be sure otherwise there would be no chance either sponsorship of the player or of something we have not had sponsored before like Ashton Gate becoming the Hargreave Lansdown Stadium or some such.
League One Bristol City have made one of the more unlikely signings in the summer transfer market after snapping up Craig Kenna. If you are unfamiliar with the name it’s not a great surprise as Craig is not a professional footballer but a 31-year-old tyre fitter from Bristol. Metro
