A popular phrase but in context with the article we are a bigger club than swanc.

Gendros - we're talking about competitive football here, not warm up friendlies.

Our last competitve game awas 2-2 draw at our fellow auto promotion club's ground.

    What was yours?

I don't understand that table, is it Swansea mark1, Swansea mark11 or Swansea mark111 ?

Oh, is that the criteria being used?
Surely better to use more pertinent facts i.e. we were in the top flight last in 1981, when were Cardiff last there? 1961 wasn't it?
Better still, our last major trophy win was in February 2013. Yours? 1927. That's a full 86 years ago. End of thread.

End of thread? Who do you think you are? This is still the Cardiff City board and currently according to the article statistics a board for the fans of the biggest club in Wales.

Uplands - I was responding to Gendros's point about only being as good as your last game.

Why are you getting so angry on a discussion thread?

Touche Spar key, our next competitive game is tomorrow, in Europe, we will no doubt be judged on that performance! And also the one next week. Just hope we can live up to the Swanselona reputation we have been given. What sort of football style do you think Cardiff will bring to the Premiership? Arsenal, Stoke? Derby?

I expect to emulate Chelsea in style, but it may take another season.

I think the report missed one important factor in today's game, international recognition. For the moment Swansea is light years ahead in this department and the gap will likely increase should we beat Malmo. However we have a long way to go to be bigger than Barcelona so we stand no chance against Cardiff. <cheers>

I couldn't give a rodents rectum what anyone thinks.

Two Wembley finals, two Wembley victories, European football next up and just about to begin a 3rd season in the Premier league. That's what I'm talking about. I wonder how fans of other clubs would like to swap places?

Some people are stuck in the past and that's exactly what it is the past. Just ask Leeds United or the Sheffield clubs. Liverpool were big in the 80's but haven't won the league in a long time now, yet they still cling to the belief that they're one of the best and biggest clubs. The truth is that they're miles behind their big rivals Man Utd on the football field and all that matters is the here and now.

And Syria was once one of the most prosperous and powerful nations in the World. Thats small comfort for those experiencing the present.

Is that why you lot are grasping at these small crumbs of consolation? You lot must be really hurting to clutch at these tiny straws.

I love it !!! Keep them coming as the truth behind this type of thing is obvious :D

    Dill!
If you don't care, why go to such lengths to pour scorn on the article? As it stands, according to that article, we are the bigger club.
