He sounds more pissed off than anything, I'm sure that he wanted to get rid of more but FFP affects every club, so no-one will want our over-paid deadwood, who seem determined to squeeze as much cash as they can from us (can you blame them? They'll never get better deals than they're on now). If we do stay as we are now, I think the first team will be OK but I worry about the lack of depth. Any long-term injuries to key players will be a disaster.
