Here’s a big update lads, as promised. Firstly, many thanks to all for your involvement. We are taking this seriously, it’s not any old thread and then forgotten. The idea is to provide you all with season-long entertainment, as you’ll see when we kick off on 17th August as the season starts. Actually, there was a bit of minimal doubt from just a couple of posters that we’d not do anything after putting up the thread, but I hope these kinds of progress reports are a good kind of proof of how we want to do the thing. This “analysis” is taken at the 325 entry mark, just 2 or 3 days ago, but we are way beyond that now!

The premier league season doesn’t start until 17th August, entries are allowed until 11.59 on 16th August, so we’re aiming for an entry of 500 so that we can really say this is a national game of interest and importance.
