he was not at his best too in his last season with spurs when he wanted to leave and spurs are not scoring too many goals anyway , Real actually score almost double the amount of goals a season, so you expect Modric stats in Real to be better with all those goals around

I think this is true. Ronaldo has 2 years left and there is apparently growing concern at Real that he wont sign an extension. I think Bale is seen as his long term replacement. Still think Ronaldo will be there another year at least though.
There'd be all sorts of tax implications, "special deals", dog's passwords in Swiss Bank Accounts, morning raids etc. etc. etc. (allegedly)
yeahh most probably CR may stay for one season but will not rule out a move back to UTD , it is still a big possibility .. if Real leave it till last season, the player will be free to talk to any club in 6 months and walk for free the following season. and let us agree, we are talking about a big sum here and i can see club rather wait a season and save 60m, even if they dropped his price to 30m next season, still is too much to pay when you can take him for free in the following season . are Real ready to make this gamble?
