    It's because you haver to stand over the ****er stirring so spoon in 1 hand booze in the other it's just natural. I love Risotto but hate making it.

    Because we're fat ****s from eating all the food!

    You should only put one large glass of white wine in the risotto at the start so if, like me, you're sensible you put the bottle back in the fridge and continue stirring in the stock.


















    In the meantime though make sure you have at least one freezing cold Peroni at hand in the kitchen so you can take liberal swigs while you stir.

    Yeah, after that stock. Decent stock is the crucial ingredient.

    Vermouth makes a negligible difference so I use dry white wine as I always have that to hand.

    I'm not currently, but may be soon.

    Had flu and tonsillitis last week so ate very little. But was so feverish at night I dehydrated, got a massive cramp and have pulled my calf. So now can't do any real exercise for the next couple of weeks, thus will probably be fat as **** in a fortnight.

    About a week ago. Was feeling ok when I got back from hols, it was a couple of weeks later when I started feeling under the weather. Then it all kicked off last week. Last day of antibiotics tomorrow <ok>

    been to a fancy baguette shop for lunch. got rare roast beef, smoked cheese, salad, red onion, tomato, olives and a spicy sauce. ****ing tremendous.

    i dont do healthy eating i just eat less. an try an do exercise.. though i have done **** all since back off holiday.
