http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cs_kTerOPtY I was having real trouble getting over the man then i saw this. Absolute legend and I can understand why he wanted to be closer to his family as he clearly loves it at home. Going to put a tenner on him being top scorer in the champ too
Cried myself to sleep when Iheard the news, and the Samaritans don't answer my calls anymore. But I'm starting to get better. Would love the opportunity to give him one last big send off.
That'll be Wigan in the Capital One cup then It really would be fantastic if it turned out like that!
As long as we were 3 goals up by the time he does score. That way, his consolation strike would probably earn the loudest cheers of the entire lot!
He'll be remembered amongst the greats. I hope we fire to the next level under the new guys and look back on the likes of holt as the guys that made it happen. We owe him more than we can repay realistically. His goals got us to the mountaintop. Pure legend. I miss him.
If he asked, I probably wouldn't refuse.......... Although I did tell the mrs I would only go gay for Russell, I would also make an exception for Grant
He's given so much for this club that he can go with good grace. Top scorer 4 seasons in a row. Inspirational captain. Loved by all Norwich fans and feared by all opposing defences. He will stay a legend at this club, and continue his career with Wigan. I look forward to seeing him tear up the Championship next season, especially at our friendly neighbours dan the rud.
i do a few more this coming season. Snods probably needs one, but i think Mcnally is our stand out performer at the moment!
that would be very fitting! maybe with a selection of manaegers (lennon, redknapp, etc) cowering before him?
I hope the game doesn't happen, I agree with Supers on this though, I hope he wouldn't dare celebrate too.
i don't mind if he plays against us - i'd probably prefer it if he doesn't - but i'd be amazed if he celebrated should he score. i just don't think he would (not that i would care if he did celebrate)
