Can't remember him having a bad game, our most reliable player imo. Can pass, dribble, tackle, has a great engine and WANTS to play for us. That's my kinda celtic player
We are all suckers and we love to think everyone, even in the modern era, feels there is something special about our club. Then there are players who you think..... They get it. They know what it is to play for Celtic. Cardiff must be a huge lure for the lad to go home, but Joe is just one of those players who I am convinced gets "it". That means a lot. Especially when it is a guy as good as Joe.
Give him a long term contract, make him the top earner if needed. Long term, he's Celtic captain if Broon ever goes.
If he goes, be positive. We could always buy a random player, register him as International Joe Ledley, then change his name by deed poll to The Joe Ledley. It doesn't matter if he is white, black or Chinese, he will be Joe Ledley if we say he is.

A good idea. Maybe a little over complicated. Just hand the SFA any old contract for any old player and say it is Joe Ledley. It isn't like they check these things. When the deception is uncovered in 10-15 years it'll be too late. It will be their fault for not catching us cheating.
I seriously hope handsome Joe is going nowhere. Fit, he is exactly the type of playet the 'tic need, range of passing and can adapt easily to a number of positions.
