David McIntyre ‏@davidmcintyre76 7h Hughes gone. Bosingwa gone. Probably not Beard's time just yet, so I nominate Mr Robert Zamora for role of interim #QPR panto villain.
I've got a lot of time for Mr McIntyre. His articles and blogs are generally right on the money, he is happy to reply to even the most absurd emails I send him and a lot of his tweets, like this one, show his understanding of how knee jerk and ridiculous most of us QPR fans really are.
I agree. There have been knees jerking all over the shop on this board of late. God I hope we get a win next weekend (AJ to score the winner, set up by SWP after decent interplay with Park. Ha that would displease a few).
He was carrying an injury and still playing to help the team out give the guy a break, I dont get it we had a **** season and I think he showed his worth by missing 4 months and still finished joint to scorer go figure.
A scapegoat is someone who gets crap that doesn't deserve it. Boswanka deserved it. Zamora will deserve if he continue to play, as would green as they've both been beyond awful. He's making out we are going to have a go at anyone just because we need to.
He will be the next player to be hounded for things that would go unmentioned if they were done by other players.
The only thing he would do is play unbelievably ****. Wed have a go at anyone who consistently did that. Im not aware with anything off the field hes done, perhaps you can enlighten me.
In my opinion the subject of David's comment is not Zamora, if it wasn't him it would be someone else.
It would be interesting to hear from Frome as to what he was reading into it, as he said David Mac "hits the nail on the head".
A certain amount of the players at QPR have in the pass tried too hard to look like professional footballers by that there is a current style players act in the English game Get the lot of them onto a bloody beach QPR fans have grown in the last three years to be complete arses but that's all our own fault
That's not how I read it mate, more a comment on the mentality of the supporters. Maybe you are right, maybe I'm seeing what I want to in it as I have written on a similar subject before on LFW. I think that DT was alluding to something similar in his defence of Bosingwa.
