    He played a huge part in that race early on to give Hamilton the breathing space to look after his tyres more.


    edit: Hamilton also played his own part by getting around Button better than the others did, deserves credit for that as he also won the race because of that.

    Good for them. Was worried they were going to go the whole season without scoring. Still a let down from where they were last year.

    Different cars back then, more downforce. And with the current FIA people, Massa probably would have got a drive through.

    He had a broken wing, he did well to stay as close to Kimi as he did. And cars never seem to let him through like they do with Hamilton. Maybe they think Hamilton will endanger them, so they get out of the way, but they trust SV's judgement not to clout them.

    Mercedes straight line speed won them the race and Red Bull's lost it. Button certainly tried to fight Lewis.

    He came out of the pits behind Button just like Vettel, he just managed to overtake him a lot quicker. Button didn't make any effort to hold Vettel up.
