These are the things we can do without: the sport is going downhill; the sport has gone; big business and bullshit; corruption; rule changes that defeat the object; it's the FIA, man; Jean Todt - is he a man, a toad or actually a turd? I could go on but following half a season of dodgy judgements, most involving tyres this time, it has been suggested that we could benefit from a single place where we can all vent our frustrations at everything in this sport that really "grinds our gears". So here it is: let it all out and think of it as free therapy.
Arguments make successful forums, unified ones don't! Place used to be booming until the main contenders got castrated, (not including me).
People who say Silverstone is the best F1 track in the world for fans is out of their mind and has never been to any other F1 track let alone SPA! Silverstone is corporate and fake, Spa-Francorchamps is entirely F1 fan controlled and is what you make of it.
If we're going F1 tracks, then i agree with you on Spa, but the best circuit is either La Sarthe (Le mans to the uninitiated), Road America or the Nordschleife.
Actually, i do have a few more issues with F1: 1. Lewis Hamilton's fans 2. Lewis Hamilton 3. Lewis Hamilton's "posse" 4. Lewis Hamilton's dog 5. Bernie Ecclestone 6. Pay Drivers 7. Max Chilton's annoying hair# 8. Sponsors controlling who their respective team employs 9. Sponsors dictating terms 10. Lewis Hamilton's earring 11. Herrmann Tilke 12. Pandering to countries who are clearly uninterested in F1 (USA, Korea etc.) 13. We should have 2 races in countries that care (Us, Japan and Germany) 14. Not enough european races 15. Gimmicky races (Abou Diaby's day-night race) 16. Jean Todt being weak 17. Getting Justin Bieber to do the concert in Singapore 18. Ari Vatanen getting screwed despite being a motorsport icon, and now a professional politician. 19. Susie Wolff 20. Toto Wolff being scarily good at his job (made Williams decent last year, making merc good) 21. Good drivers in bad cars 22. Mark Webber being shafted, and now leaving 23. The tyres 24. Pirelli's handling of the tyre fiasco 25. FIA bias towards Mercedes. Has Toto let Todt do his wife?
Forgot about them. The fact people still give them sympathy for being ****e despite the fact they've been here for 4 years now, which doesn't mean "new".
