I think there is more to this Fabregas story than we know but United have made a massive misjudgement with their bullish attitude towards the situation.

I don't think it is as black and white as it looks but I also think the chances of Cesc going to United are slim to none.

About a month ago, where he said he wants to do everything he can to become a success at Barca. Not the words of a man that wants to leave.

 

Fair dos, but haven't Sky also reported he would be open to an offer? My view is that United wouldn't be so persistent if they'd both categorically rejected them.

 

Plus people close to him like Pique,Song,Wenger and Tito have all come out and said the same thing about him not wanting to leave.

Not saying they are the most reliable but why else would they say something like that? My main point is the fact United have bid a few times now.
