Bruce has been chasing Palacios and Huddlestone, either would be our highest paid player, so he obviously sees central midfield as an issue and he'll address that issue ahead of the season, not half way through it.
He's worth every penny, he'll be at a top 4 team this time next year after he's scored another 30 odd for Blackburn.
I never said he would not. We only have 3 league games in august and Yes SB will will address it. But we are far away from being desperate.
I thought a club like Fulham or West Ham may have gone for him. Even Everton before they signed Kone.
