Swansea have tabled a £3m bid for DG, I can't really see the cosa nostra stumping up much more for any player. We could just match it and get him on better personal terms.
It's getting exciting now its june already!!!

Steve Morison Norwich had already had two offers rejected for Morison

Millwall have accepted an offer from Norwich City for striker Steve Morison and have allowed the Wales international to talk to the Canaries.

The 27-year-old notched 17 goals in 43 games for the Lions in his debut Championship campaign.

He handed in a transfer request last week which was rejected by the club.

Millwall chief executive Andy Ambler told the club website the parties had agreed a fee and added: "It is now for Norwich and Steve to agree terms."

Morison, fresh off Nations Cup duty with Wales, has netted 40 times in his last two Millwall campaigns and still has two years to run on his current deal at The Den.

The former Northampton and Stevenage frontman revealed at the weekend that the Lions had rejected two approaches from Norwich for his services.

"The Premier League is where everyone wants to play and I want to try to take it if they let me," he added.

"I have put in a transfer request and we'll see what happens, it is out of my hands now."

Norwich have already signed Everton striker James Vaughan after winning promotion to the Premier League, and have been strongly linked to Peterborough's top scorer Craig Mackail-Smith.
