Im not wouldnt just yet. I have known stoke be great in pre season and struggle the following season and vice versa. They are what they are friendly games they dont really give a lot of insight for the coming season. Would of prefered if we had won mind lol
Not that bothered by this, just a good way for the new manager to get a feel of players, positions, strengths and any weak areas that need addressing.
Man utd have lost 2 out of 3, spurs lost to sunderland 3-1 and man city only won 1-0. Preseason is nothing to go by.
Not a brilliant result, but pre season never means much really. Wish I could have watched it though, couldn't find a stream that'd work.

Stoke City: Begovic, Cameron, Shawcross, Huth, Pieters, Kightly, Adam, Nzonzi, Walters, Jerome, Crouch. Subs: Butland, Shotton, Wilkinson, Muniesa, Whelan, Wilson, Palacios, Etherington, Cuvelier, Jones, Keane. Doesn't say much in their report, but it is in full here. pre season games mean absolutely nothing, and personally I thought it was a good free kick that beat bego, he hit it on 20 seconds (in the video) and it was in the back of the net on 21 seconds, 25-30 yards out with lots of curl on it too. I personally wont start criticising bego just yet as it was him that kept us in the prem last year.
SiS, saw it mentioned in another thread r.e. Shotton/ Watford, but I think it ended up being a twitter "prank" by a fake journo. And the auto-modding is the swear filter, it been on here a while, at the very bottom of the page there is an option to view or filter out swearing. When you visit the site for the first time on a new device, or delete history/cookies it resets back to the default, which is no swearing.
Swear all you like mate, that's what the filter is for! Something I've never understood myself. If you get offended by words, doesn't starring them out just make them more obvious?
