Just heard that Newcastle are going to fine Pappisse Cisse £50,000 for refusing to wear the Wonga logo. This will rise to £50,000,000 if he hasn't paid by the end of the month.

Fair play to him, these slags are forcing people into suicide. Ever wondered why they use stupid puppets in their adverts, it's because none of their staff want to be recognised in the street. Blood sucking bastards feeding on people's misery.

Massive hypocrite, Islam says you aren't allowed to gamble yet he's pictured in a casino this week.

Id say hes pretty much a practicing muslim seeing as he said he wouldnt wear the shirt because of religious reasons. Gambling is forbidden as well.

He might as well been pictured with pint and a bacon sandwich.

Islam seems to me to be totally at odds with the world of professional football anyway. Firstly, there's television rights which, whilst underpinned by viewer subscription, are backed up by advertisers predominantly of the financial and alcoholic ilk. Then there's the general fan culture which centres on a beer and a bet. I also fail to see how Ramadan can sit comfortably with the dietary and fitness demands placed on the modern professional, but then I'm an ignorant Anglican.
