It is funny seeing these thick Chavs coming here trying to big up the Europa Cup after being the first champions ( luckiest and most undeserving ever?) to be DUMPED into it.
United take the league cup and community shield more seriously than the Europa league. We've had bigger crowds for friendlies ffs. So when you get told United couldn't give a flying **** about the fairs cup it means exactly that. Well done for winning it Chelsea but unless you are a small club it means nothing. Not a thing. To even think that it does is laughable. Sir Alex takes his weekly round of golf far more serious than the fairs cup.
I see. So these weren't pastings: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/europe/8060878.stm http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/13576522 But this ones was: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/sport/football/champions_league/717082.stm Well I for one am glad we cleared up which club has the inferior record in pasting then
I thought this was a pasting http://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/football/champions-league/2012-2013/juventus-chelsea-519063.html Total Shots Juventus-Chelsea 25-11 Shots on target Juventus Chelsea 13-2
The manner of the defeat, the fact you barely touched the ball and were made to look fools. We were down to 10 men against a Barca side containing Figo & Rivaldo in the midst of extra time, pasted Barca in the first leg anyway so hardly an overall pasting, you were buttered up good and proper in Rome and HQ
Ha. Not quite theEuropean giants you thought you were. For a club that's only existed for 10 years (according to you lot), I think we've done quite well.
Good effort DL. Your pasting was clearly much less of a pasting than our pasting! There should be a trophy for that. This is turning into a red letter day for you!
You have done well Dave. On current form you'll match Sunderland's title winning record in the next 5-10 years. That's something to look forward to and get a hard one for. Not sure how long it will take for you catch up Forest for European Cup wins though. Still, it's not about the trophies is it, it's about the bling?!
Dave, that's not for me. I know who you're referring to there. You could document his knowledge of football in general and United in particular on the thin end of a match.
