Went to the Sutton game last night and got a look at the new signings, I'll post the team sheet on here in a second. We won 4-0 and bossed the game. Loftus Cheek is more than ready for the step up and I hope he's sent out on loan. Jeremie Boga is my favourite player at that level and completely changed the game, in one period of play he dribbled through three Sutton players at once. Cuevas started and did alright, though he missed a few sitters.

Think I'll sticky this and all topics conceding youth can be posted here instead of endless threads about individuals <ok>

DL--Saw it tonight on CTV! Much better entertainment than I expected! I used to spend a lot of time watching our juniors in the 60's, but only seem to see them on TV now!

I also went to the Sutton game... Was a great turnout... Crowd of 2600 which was 600 more than the Arsenal game that Sutton had. Was a good evening. Good to see a fair few mates there... All those smoke bombs created a bit of a scene! Saw about 6 of them get set off! Was like that mini terracing stand was on fire!

But the lads played really well... Our new kid Brown looks a real gem. It's the first time i'd seen them live and I was very impressed. I know lots more going to the friendlies against Colwyn Bay, Ilkeston and Wealdstone... Lets hope for more of the same!

In fairness Sutton is a Chelsea stronghold. That said, if we'd played on a Friday or Saturday like Arsenal or Fulham did, turn out would have been 3,000+

Bit sceptic as he has yet to play a couple of consecutive games for Chelsea. He is seen as one of the kids that went for the money. However patience is in order with him as he is still 18, but the lack of experience and games is worrying. Rekik is on loan at PSV from ManC and is looking a better option for now as he gets his minutes now.

I wrote a blog on players like Aké:
