Is anyone surprised that nobody has met his reported £22 Million buy out clause, which runs out in a week?

He is easily worth that price in today's market an would be great for Man U and Arsenal but you would of thought one of the big spending Russian clubs would also be interested.

I highly doubt nobody is interested so i think everyone is merely waiting until the last minute before meeting the clause, similar to buying off Ebay really. I think Everton will have 4 or 5 bids on the last day of the clause.

Interesting transfer saga anyways, what do you think?

Really surprised Moyes hasn't taken him with him. Fellani and Baines were the 2 i was kinda certain would be going the other way. Man Utd will prob come in for a double deal closer to deadline day, maybe get a cheaper price if they both put in requests and Everton need to buy once their sold.

I think the reason Moyes hasn't taken him with him is simply because he knows that buy out price is well over inflated. Don't get me wrong, Fellini's a good player but not great. If you watched that FA cup semi against Wigan in May, you will get my gist. He was constantly overrun by Wigan's attacking style and looked a bit lost at times and for more a strange reason constantly gave the ball away. Anyways Haggis, how's the 007 training coming along? ;)

I would of bought both if I was Moyes, and Wenger only has to buy Suarez and Fellaini and I think thats them seriously challenging for the league.

007 training is coming along! Still in Vietnam, been here for 56 days now stuck on a rig, got another week to go i reckon. Viet citizenship beckons! Can't ****in wait to get home, hopefully get some time off and be around in Perth so I can watch the Fulham match. How's life with you Joe? Keeping out of trouble? Hows the lass, she on the mend mate?

I would love Arsenal to start challenging again. Out of the so called "big 5" I quite like the Arsenal. They haven't bought they're way to titles, but Wenger finding and nurturing young talent. Would much have preferred Mig go there than the Dippers. I hate Suarez, but theres no doubting he's the type of player they need now RVP left. They need to sort out defence, and i reckon they can challenge.

Ive had this conversation with the lads at work. The guy is worth 22m all day long, and hes still young. Man Utd and Arsenal desperate for sombody like him in midfield. Im very very suprised!

If he played for Man City or Spurs he'd be snapped up at £20m. It's like SKP not getting a game for England really when he was with us, unfashionable club in the north = average at best to half of these arseholes. Their loss I say

Do you think Everton will swap Fellaini for Larrson? (OK we'll throw in McLean at a push!) ;)

I think he is one of the top 3 or 4 players in the EPL today. Would walk into any top 4 team IMO of any of the top European leagues.

Stewart Downing went for £18m ffs.

I think he would be well sought after.

Still struggling mate, been bed bound for nearly 6 months now. Doesn't get any easier after 4 years but 'love' does it every day. You get home soon Haggis, you are a star.. <ok>
