Personally think our best signing is and will prove to be Jordan Wynter. Bit worried about the 2 year deal though, If he impresses this season we could have another Adomah and maynard situation
got to be Aden Flint for me given the shambles of our defence last season. Yes midfielders like JET will get forward, create chances and get the praise but the difference is if a striker or midfielder misses a chance its not a problem as they will have another chance later in the match but as shown last season that if the defence makes a mistake the ball is in the back of our net. Keeping tight at the back is going to be a key this season as with how SOD has set out the team annd cant see many goals coming from it so we just have to be tight and get a goal here and there.
flint and winter, makes me look stupid now since I said on the FGR thread that i'm not sure what he offers, but he was brilliant againnt reading, totally aware of his surroundings and played like a 28 year old not a 19 year old, he plays the short simple pass whilst others will move the ball a bit more forward, very impressed.
Had to go with Aden Flint not because I think long term he will prove to be the best signing but that he addressed an issue we have had for longer than I care to remember.
I went with JET because in the long term I think he could be the creative spark we have lacked for a while, whilst Flint will help provide the defensive stability we need.
flint defo leading the way i say.................... But they are all quality players and are miles ahead better than what we had and will all play a BIG part in success in 13/14 season
Wynter for me closely followed by Flint. I think we could have a little nugget on our hands. Gutted that he won't have Kelly alongside him, would of been a good partnership.
No one else voted for Fielding? I think he's a Championship standard keeper at least. JET has the potential to be a star though...
