Barcelona have said from day one that Fabregas is not leaving. Fabregas from day one has said he's not leaving.Sky have been running this story as a headline for 2 weeks. Followed close by Rooney who is definately not leaving Man U ( according to Moyes) These stories will be one and two for the next 18months or until something that is not going to happen doesn't happen whithin the top 5. Maybe Bale not going aywhere.

Well it must be the only match report where the winning team doesn't get a mention until the last sentence of the report. Most of the report is about a spurs players ankle injury. Why do the media hate sunderland so much? Is it because they fought against the royals and the royalist geordie bastards in the civil war? It's a long time to bear a grudge. On the other hand, I'm glad we are hated. I , for one am used to it, fck everyone else, seige mentality. Fck trevor francis, fck the royalist gordie bastards, fck the media.

The day we win a major trophy they'll put Rugby on the back pages. It's very well documented how much I detest the british sporting press. I'm glad folk are starting to feel the same as they're nothing but a bunch of ****ing Jobsworths.

I dont think the press hate Safc at all, we are just not seen as a big club and big clubs sell papers, attract listeners and viewers.
Who cares, is what I say.
We are Sunderland, say we are Sunderland!

Do Spurs think they are bigger than what they really are?, are they better than in 1981-82, Ardilles, Hoddle, Clemence, the player with the beard (who scored that wonder goal in the f a cup final) they had better players back then, apart from Bale though.

On Saturday it will be Man c this, Man city that and the cameras will show thousands of Chinese supporters with blue tops on, and if we are lucky SAFC might get a mention !. We have to get into that top 4 as soon as possible for that reason, and Man c are not as good as 14 months ago.

With all due respect fellas, the reason has already been stated by one of your own and it's because you're not a 'big club'. Obviously you are in many senses of the word, playing at the highest level automatically makes you a big club for me but I mean a Sky big club. It's Sky Sports fans who foot the bill for all of these mega money TV deals; simply put, people aren't paying as much from your end as they are from say, North London.

I don't pay more than any of you personally, but on the whole, United fans will contribute more simply because there's more of us. Companies will always cater for the majority, no matter what industry you're looking at generally (there's going to be exceptions to this rule, I don't need examples). Pubs pay stupid amounts of money towards Sky subscriptions, there's hundreds of big bars around Manchester always full when City or United are playing, the simple fact is, Sunderland fans wouldn't fill these if it was a Sunderland game. You already don't fill your stadium. It's simple theory, and marketing. Arsenal get near enough as much coverage as United do, if not more, simply because their desperate fans are all over Sky subscriptions.

I know that all sounds really patronising, but from a my point of view I'm not interested in watching Sky Sports news and listening to how Elliott Bennett started his career for example, yet I'd be inclined to watch something about where Sergio Aguero started out even though I don't like him. Bearing in mind marketing, a story about Steven Gerrard getting caught with his hands in Giggs's bin (looking for medals probably) will always generate more interest than a Sunderland victory nationally, unless you win a cup or something, or a big, big game.

I can't explain the pundits though, it would appear that many of them are just born, raised and exist as ignorant ****s, we all have the ones we hate. Jamie Redknapp and the other one that I'm not allowed to say around these parts.
