Apparently training with Barnsley. Didn't realise he wasn't in the travelling squad, I guess the same can be said about Cam. http://www.barnsley.vitalfootball.co.uk/article.asp?a=325856
I assume so. Wouldn't be surprise to see them both go out on loan for the rest of the season like Hobbs. Neither can be worth much, however I would have liked to have a sell on clause within Cam's transfer at least.
Barnsley to make a straight choice between Mclean and Chopra for the last strikers spot. If they go with Mclean then he will come against Andy Dawson in the first round of the coc.
Is the door now wide open for Aaron Mclean to join Barnsley as his rival Michael Chopra has signed for Blackpool.? Will that end the Tangerines reported interest in Cammy Stewart ?
OT but Im stunned anyone would now take a risk on Chopra. Decent player in the past yes but more baggage than a Dreamliner. And when did he last have a good season?
He scored 14 in the 2011-12 season, considering that was only the season before last, it's really not that long ago.
So why reply then ? Correct. Some folks just dont understand do they John ? Good news for Mclean as he will do a good job for them. Barnsleys success is built on honest hard work which he excells at. Stewart on his way to Charlton Athletic by the weekend reports suggest.
With better coaching he could have done much better "goals scored wise" for Hull City. But in the PL you need more than just hard work and graft. The money that Mclean and Stewart free up could well pay Sagbo's wages.
