On reflection of this news (If in fact it goes through), I really don't care. As it stands we have Loic Remy who is miles better than Hooper in every sense. I'm not worried at all. I think Andy Johnson is a more than good enough second striker as well. As people on here have pointed out. The priority is a creative midfielder.

I really don't know why people get bothered by all this and who made what comments when. Harry may or may not have said it for a particular tactical reason in the negotiations. I bet hes already set a record for blood pressure levels! I never got excited because I knew it was too good to happen. No doubt we will sign a worse version of Zamora instead. At least fat boy Holt has already gone which is a huge relief.
