Robin van Persie's pre-season injury niggle is down to 'dinosaur coaching' methods, says Dutch fitness expert http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...aching-methods-says-Dutch-fitness-expert.html David Moyes’s pre-season handling of Robin van Persie has been called into question by a Dutch fitness specialist who has worked with several leading clubs and was assistant to the late Wales manager Gary Speed. Oh dear it looks like RVP may start getting injured more often.......
Everybody knows that Arsenal's medical team are ****e so it must be their fault for allowing him to get injured so much
Probably not but you'd have got long odds on Arsenal doing it in 1970: you were in the bottom half of the table the season before and hadn't won a domestic trophy for 17 years (and only won one more in the next 17). Admittedly football was less predictable back then but extrapolating history into next season is a mug's game.
I was worried at first but the story looks like complete rubbish now and if not for Sky's willingness for it to happen would not even be discussed by anyone anymore. He is not joining them.
Moyes said in his latest press conference that Man Utd were still persuing Fabregas http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/23448676
I know, and it was Sky's "breaking news" for 2 hours and is still their main story now. 'Manager hasn't given up hope on signing main target' Wow, what a story.
I know, I hate that stuff. It's like the stories you get running up to a big game: 'Manager says his team can win' please log in to view this image
