They always travelled well- have they got tired of the expense?

As I said, it's a must win game for us. Now it seems they think the same for them.

I'd have expected the ground to be full for most of the game next season- minus the likes of Fulham.

Puzzeling why they've done this- i doubt they would've needed to do this, their fans are pretty good as it is.

They know we're a big club, and may think it's a rare chance of an away win.

Sandwiched between CFC & MCFC , it's tempting to see it as an 'easy' game. But it won't be. NCFC will have targeted this as a possible away win- hence their rallying call.

Have I mentioned it's a must win game?

3 defeats in a row will cause pressure for ourselves.

Can you see the old bill letting us have the extra 2k+ seats for our fans or will it be left half empty. We could do with as much vocal support as possible and singing from three sides of the ground must be a plus point for the players.

What extra 2k? Do you mean the rest of the north stand?

Shouldn't be a problem with the police, it was available every game in previous premier league seasons.

    I think they've already said we can't.

I seem to recall a discussion on why we could previously, but can't now, but for the life of me can't remember the reasons.

The only hope is that the embarasment caused to WYP and the change in command makes our own lot have a rethink.

We are using it, we've sold almost 20,000 season tickets and we have to allow 2,500 away tickets and 2,000 matchday tickets, so we're using the whole ground.

    Yaay. I'm glad I'm wrong.

God knows what I was thinking of then.

It is more of a MUST NOT LOSE GAME actually for both teams. August is hardly a must win situation.

So we can expect gates of 25,000+ then this season ?

Dutch you're not entirely wrong. The police were stopping us selling anywhere near capacity. Nick Thompson told us that at the first FLAG meeting. However NT said he wanted to get onto the safety advisory group who decide on these daft rulings so that the club could have a voice on it, as at the time it was just police and other health and safety jobsworths making up the group.

If we're now selling the full ground, that might suggest he succeeded.

I suspect we'll generally come in just under 25k, they'll still stick in a decent amount of segregation.
