Correct nines, his journalist brother Willie did say this at the time of Oscar's difficulties without a trace of irony.

Is this the place mentioned on QI once where no one knows which sea the spring water eventually empties into?

Its in the only country in the world named after a hat?

More likely you can see both the Pacific and the Atlantic Oceans from it (if the Caribbean counts as part of the Atlantic).

Having re-read the question and consulted Wiki, I reckon the area include a unique, prehistoric 'cloudforest' whatever that may be.

You can see the sun rise over the Atlantic and set over the Pacific.

    COMPLETELY WRONG....110% Wrong

    Yes you can GC.

BUT the answer is exactly the opposite to what qpaaaaaaaaaaagh said

You can see sun rise on the pacific and set on the atlantic.
Only place/area that you can see this

Look at the structure of the Panama isthmus and you can see how it twists round...so that the pacific ocean is east of the Atlantic ocean (Caribbean).
Caribbean Sea is at the western end of the Panama Canal, while the Pacific ocean is at the Eastern end,

Now that is an interesting bit of trivia, even though I say so myself

But as I have been so horrid to QPAAAAAAAAAAAAGH, your turn
