Back again. Bad funeral on Friday. Very sad. Luckily, there was some comedy gold over the weekend at The Cheese. Considering the landlady is as hard as nails, she's **** scared of anything smaller than a cat. There are two rats in the cellar there. She's been wearing wellies all weekend. She won't go in the cellar and neither will any of the bar staff, so the punters have been having to go in to get ice, bottles etc. People have been chucking stuff behind the bar all weekend and she's been ****ting herself. I guess you had to be there, but it has been funny as ****. I had my plaster cast off yesterday at long last. My arm/wrist is sorer now than it was when the cast was on. Can anyone tell me whether this is usual all not?
Yeah the arm think is perfectly normal, it needs loosening up, I'd recommend slamming it in a door frame, let me know how you get on
1. sounds fun... 2. Its quite common due to wastage. you need physio to move those muscles and get it working
Nothing ten pints won't solve Then when you fall over and break the other one your left won't feel too bad
I had four or five physio sessions with my arm last year and it did ****all apart from make me suffer! I've got most of the movement back now (more than the physio said I would have) and I never bothered with the stuff they told me to do (after the first couple of weeks that is). Although, I do play on the xbox which gave the arm, wrist and thumb plenty of exercise which I think helped
Nah, I love seniors, they don't get enough respect in our culture, unlike in Eastern cultures were they are the centre of the family unit & reverred due to their knowledge & experience, we just shunt them off out the way, as they're a pain in the arse. For shame. Anyway, so if I was planning mass murder I'd focus on a group that deserved popping off, suggestions welcome
I've not got to go to any physio thank ****. They've given me a sheet with exercises on it which I've note even looked at yet
I got a sheet at first too but I complained about having numbness from just beyond my wrist up to the knuckle on my thumb. Also complained that I couldn't bend my thumb at all. As a result, i was sent for the dreadful electrical / needle tests (that I mentioned before) and physio. Of course, you can always say you don't want physio too
Happily, I don't have that sort of issue. It's just rather sore. I'll have a look at the sheet tonight when I've had a few ales
