    The Cissokho to Liverpool deal also reported by @Vicent_Marco. VCF don't want to have to pay his €2m salary this season.

    If VCF loan Cissokho then sell him next summer, only 20% of the transfer fee goes to Lyon. If sold now, 40% to Lyon. Loan makes sense.

    We cant compete with liverpool, deal is dead on our side and we end up with playing O'Shea left back next season (OMG!)

    The only bargaining chip we have is first team football as he would be our only left back! ha

    Cissokho would be a quality signing IMO. We'd start to look a strong team IMO on paper, let's face it the team can't be any worse than last season.

    Can Liverpool pay what Valencia want? They're not in the CL and they've already spent a few bob, with no doubt a few more earmarked to keep Suarez onside.

    According to the BBC website and the Sunderland Echo we have lost out on signing Lucas ORBAN and have turned our attentions to Valencias Aly CISSOKHO who apparently is on Liverpool's radar. The names just keep on coming, pity less than half of them sign on the dotted line.

    i have always hated the bin dippers so this just adds to it. **** liverfool **** them up thier stupid asses.

    i really dont understand why he would go to the dippers. if you want to play football come to sunderland. you will be the first left back we have owned in about 10 years
