The transfer embargo wasn't an outright ban which you amongst others have construed it as. It was an independent judgement for a pretty minor offence relating to our previous owner.

The loans issue has been done to death. The rule was open for everyone to take advantage of. Has been closed which you can see doesn't affect us, it just means other clubs like yours can't in the future do something similar.
