We're not going to go from 14th to 6th in the space of a season, It's taken Everton 10 years to get to that position. QPR tried to do it by purchasing a whole new team, it failed. I'd be happy with 14th again next season.

If we finish 14th having spent the money we intend to spend Pochettino will be gone. If we get the players we want I can see us 8th or 9th.

 

So it says the agent has not talked with Inter, the club may have spoken to Inter, and, if such a hypothetical discussion had taken place, Ramirez possibly wouldn't be averse to it. Nothing to see here, move along.

 

Nicola sets targets, but, if likes what he is seeing, I doubt he would throw the baby out with the bathwater. Mauricio would no doubt have a difficult meeting and a new target would be set. Of course, the Leihberrs may have set Nicola a tough target....now that could prove interesting...let's hope we don't find out.

Well say we get Banega then a striker for around £18m, that would make it nearly 50m spent. If we finish 14th or lower after that it's obvious what Cortese will do.

 

I wouldn't be too bothered if Pochettino went or stayed, im just saying i can't see a huge improvement on last season's finish.

He is amazing i think he is better than Negrado personally! Negrado is just a Spanish version of Sir Rickie Lambert. I would like us to go for Toby Alderweireld & Lorenzo Insigne for a combined fee of around £15m... Young, potential and playing at international level not to mention champions league experience! Im sure Osvaldo would ad that extra bit of class in the final third.

If we got Alderweireld and Insigne for £15m combined I would be seriously suspicious that Nicola's 'Don' reputation may not be all fanfare and that he really does conduct his negotiations in the cold storage of a butcher's shop.

Well now is Pep's chance to prove himself, he's gone from managing the best team in the world, to the best team in the world. A stern test!

Was really hoping he'd take an interesting job to see how he went, but Bayern are almost unfair at the moment with their depth of talent.
