The former captain is not wanted by the former Millwall boss and it appears that a move to London could be on. âKarl Henry had some conversations with QPR,â Jackett told the Birmingham Mail. âI donât think itâs come to a head but heâs been there. âAt present he is still a Wolves player. QPR are interested in him and no deal has been done.â. -- So we spend the whole pre season never looking like scoring and then are interested in the complete ****ing donkey who can only foul people.
Take all the worst qualities of Leigertwood and Barton and mix them together and you get Henry, a gangly twat of a player who cant play football and is a walking card machine.
You have to think "surely Redknapp cant rate him" but then you see how much he loves that donkey Zamora.....
I'm really struggling to understand this. So we're going to offload Taarabt and replace him with Henry. Redknapp needs shooting.
Then he will leave after 2 months when it all goes tits up and McLaren will be the new manager. I was hoping this was all made up agent talk but its confirmed we have genuine interest which is astounding on 2 fronts because we dont need any more DMs and certainly not ones who are worse than every DM we currently have.
Boss unsure whether Henry will join QPR qprbadge 21/07/2013 By West London Sport Kenny Jackett is unsure whether Wolves midfielder Karl Henry will join QPR. West London Sport reported last week that Rangers are interested in the 30-year-old, who has three years of his contract at Molineux left to run. Former Râs assistant boss Jackett, recently installed as Wolves manager, is overhauling his squad and is keen for several players to move on. QPR have also been offered the chance to sign Jamie OâHara, who played under Rangers boss Harry Redknapp at Tottenham and is another player Wolves have made available. âKarl Henry had some conversations with QPR. I donât think itâs come to a head but heâs been there,â the Birmingham Mail quote Jackett as saying. âAt present he is still a Wolves player. QPR are interested in him and no deal has been done.â
cannot see barton and henry improving squad harmony following barton's kelvin jibe when we won 0-3 at wolves.
One thing is clear, we are targetting a different type of player. Not a bad thing if the mix is right between brawn and brain.
Surely, as I think it's been mentioned before, it's a way of forcing Bartons hand and getting HIM to f*** off. If not then its all a bad dream and I'm not really awake
IF this is true and IF we sign this guy, who I am not a fan of, he may just go on and do a Hill or Derry and become a firm favourite!! Might be clutching at straws but stranger things have happened?
