Morning all, another hot day in prospect. Out for monthly dinner with my Forest mate and I haven't got a clue what they have been doing so far. No doubt I will be told.
6.5 was the biggest today worst shake I have ever felt mirrors falling over and allsorts going on had to hold onto the tv to stop it falling over next door neighbours were hiding under their kitchen table
They drew 2-2 at home with Antwerp yesterday if that's any help. Belgian 2nd division - so don't know if that is good or bad...
wont need new boots my house is on the wellington fault line so is where I work not called the shaky isles for nothing
Isn't Wellington built on a floodplain? Look on the bright side, the water may drain away more quickly next heavy rain.
I am a bit behind on people I can rep back after my holiday. I still need to rep 8 people back on my list. It will all be back to normal in another 2 days.
my house is 10k from the sea with a really big quake I could be beachfront im thinking of the resale value
Evening Kiwi. I've just got in and heard about your shakes. Are you okay? You seem to have power. When I told you to fasten things like televisions I didn't mean hang on to them. You are supposed to let them fall then get a new one on the insurance. Contents insurance gets paid pretty quickly. Don't joke too much about getting a beachfront place. The last big one to hit Wellington, in the 19th century, changed the coastline significantly. Apparently there is panic buying of milk and bread in Christchurch.
only held the tv cause the 9 year old was playing games on the laptop next to it otherwise a new flatscreen would have been good
