There were two players who were involved in the battle of Bramall Lane who also played against us for Leeds UTD in the last regular game of the season. One was Michael Tonge the other Michael Brown. Could the musical connection be Mrs. Brown you've got a lovely daughter (I thought Hermans Hermits were a British group - but it was no 1 in America - recorded/released in NY perhaps ?). Also a book released in the 19th Century called Mrs Brown's visit to the Paris exhibition (The exhibition being on the Seine). Am I getting close here ?

Close enough cologne - Michael Brown was the name I was after. One of the instigators of the Bramall Lane battle and his namesake was the lead singer of Left Banke (also wrote their hit Walk Away Renee when he was only 16). And of course he conned Deeney into getting sent off against Leeds....

    Over to you...

What unique behavioural characteristic does the male wool carder bee have - which differs from the behaviour of all other types of bee ?

Wow ! My time in the chair lasted exactly 9 minutes. He does indeed patrol certain plants warding off all other pollinators, bees, bumble bees even wasps. Strangely enough he cannot sting but forces the other insect into flight where he tries to instigate a mid air collision in which 4 knife like projections from the lower abdomen are brought into play at the last minute before collision - not enough to cause the death of the other but often injuring his flight capacity which causes death through starvation. His motive for this is to reserve certain plants for his females who he then tries to mate with while they are actually feeding from nectar - all of this is unique in the world of bees. So, over to you.

According to the Bible, we have reason to fear someone currently aspiring to a position of power. Who and why?

    Nope

    No, someone alive today.

This person obviously wasn't named in the Bible but the evidence clearly points to him. H may know if she's around...

If it's in Revelations does it have anything to do with the crowning of a King in Africa - Lion of Judah, Heile Selassie etc.

I know that Babylon fails in the book which is equated with the fall of capitalism, but cannot link this with a person.

Was about to say it's closer to home when I realised where you both are (not to mention me).;)

Instead I'll say it's not too far from our spiritual home - and not far off these boards either!
