Julio Cesar is not prepared to take a wage cut to join Napoli after so far failing to agree terms, says his agent. (Sky sports).
I thought playing for Brazil in the world cup was his main concern. Is he one of the money-mercenaries?

If he doesn't take a cut he won't make the World Cup, expect a last minute of the window deal...

I'd tell him the fee wanted is going to go up 65 k every week. Why should we pay him 250k to do that?

Him plus all the other 2nd class premier league primadonnas. They mainly consist of those players who move from one relegated club to a newly promoted club. Plus the older players reaching the end of their careers.

And we've got a number of em.

Actually it is. He will still be their #1 regardless if he plays for us in the Championship or anywhere else. Scolari like his experinced trusted players.

Cedar wants away. It was clear by his demeanour in the latter half of last season. There is no chance he will be with us next season.

Can't wait to meet you in person Flyer :) One of the greatest joys I get on here is arguing/debating/agree/disagree with you.

    Keep it up <ok>

Liverpool goalkeeper Pepe Reina is to join Napoli on a season-long loan deal.

Napoli coach Rafael Benitez moved swiftly for his fellow Spaniard and former number one during his spell at Anfield after failing in his bid to sign Julio Cesar from QPR.

Reina, 30, was due to report back for training on Sunday before flying out to join Liverpool's pre-season tour.

I agree he wants away. The question is, where is he going to go if he won't reduce his wage demands and nobody is willing to pay him as much as we do, ditto Barton & Bosingwa,?? In that nightmare scenario, they all stay here. The thought is shocking!!!

It would be boring if we agreed with everything! My favourite is when people have to type through gritted teeth that they agree with me. Im totally different in person though. Im probably more laid back than most on here.
