Wonder why the mush left? Was he getting too big for his leash? Thought he "made it" after his dancing antics of last season and demanded his own changing room, agent & entourage? Did Cortese "put him down"? Has he been snapped up by Hollywood?

Can't be a coincidence that they break this news on the last day of Season ticket sales. They know it would have had a detrimental effect on sales if announced a month ago. We all know that many new fans only go to St Mary's to see a dancing dog.

I could do that job. I had a piss against a lamp post once and can just about lick my own bollocks.

 

Shall I apply? I may only last one game, but boy, it would be memorable when I punch a few annoying chav kids, steam onto the pitch to join in the goal celebrations, start a fight with the opposition mascot and take on the away end single handed.

Plus instead of that Gangnam style dance nonsense, I'll do my "elephant dance" right in front of the family centre. I dare the club to stick that on Youtube.

There have been 2 mascots for years Super Saint and Sammy Saint.

I am tempted to apply but I would guess at 26 I would be 10 years older than most of the people applying... Would it be good use of my performing arts degree?

So why was Vegard Forren allowed to return to Molde..? Homesick..? Lifestyle change a bit of a cultural shock..? Didn't get on with his team mates..? Didn't want to work as hard as he was asked to..?

Does anyone have the definitive answer, as opposed to guessing..?
