Well hes clearly lying as hes clearly discussing with United.

You think Woodward would fly across the world based on a chance? He went because either a bid was accepted or Barcelona want face to face negotiations.

 

How do you know he had flown back for talks on Fabregas? Could be anybody - Garay, Baines, Marquinhos, somebody we don't even know about.

That is very odd, considering the player, manager, president and Wenger have all said he is not leaving this Summer. I would love to know where United have got all this encouragement from. Perhaps they are just looking for some publicity to show they are still one of the big boys even though Fergie has left. I do not see Cesc moving this Summer.

 

My guess is from Fabregas himself.

 

Mark Ogden ( broke Fergie retiring story ) has said United are 95% confident of getting Fabregas.

Thats the feeling from Moyes' press conference this morning.

 

Just like they were confident of Thiago, Hazard, Lucas Moura, Nasri, Sneijder, etc. I don't but it for one minute, United have never conducted their business so publicly in the past. Just looks like a big PR stunt to me.

 

Fab would be a superb signing for united, taking the reds further away from arsenal than ever.

Can see bale at united maybe next season. Be surprised if united closed the deal this summer

 

Thiago - Fans were based on Sport articles. We may of been in for him but once Pep declared love we had little chance.

Hazard - would you pay £6million to a guy who does **** all? Rather glad we didnt

Lucas Moura - Seemed we were close but he was shown the money. I laugh at any player who wants to play in France ahead of the Premier League but its their choice. Fee was high though, too high.

Nasri - Thank **** for that, joke of a player.

Sneijder - Ahhh the epic saga. Surprised we have not been linked yet this summr

 

You don't need to tell me why you missed out on them, some as mentioned were out of your hands. The fact is United always give off the fact they are confident in signing a big name but very seldom does it happen.

 

We got two last season, one of which nobody expected us to sign.

We have a decent record of getting the best PL player and while Cesc plays in La Liga now hes still a PL proven player which gives us an advantage over the other players ( nasri aside of course ).

 

United say Rooney (an unhappy player) is not for sale - United fans say that therefore the player defintely wont be leaving

Barca say Fabregas (a relatively happy player) is not for sale - United fans say it's only a matter of time.
