If news are correct and monaco are having Hulk too to pair with Falcao, i can see PSG paying more for a top Striker to match Monaco ... they both will not meet FFP, so paying for Rooney will not make any difference for PSG. owners will care less to splash 40m on Rooney
Well firstly I'm sure I heard Monaco wouldn't be spending anymore. Secondly Hulk is a winger. And finally PSG also have Ibrahimovic.
