Lets not get into manager talk. You have no chance of winning that one really.

He is a major player at a major club. One of the biggest and best in the world. Talking about history doesn't change that. Talking about him wanting a PL winners medal, pure speculation, he has enough medals to sink the Titanic. He wouldn't give up home life, family (his girlfriend is in London though) and, I might add, a chance to be a EUROPEAN CHAMPION to join Mancheaster United whose record in Europe in recent times compared to Barcelona's has been rather poor. United showing they want him means nothing. The player himself has given zero indication he wants to move from Barcelona never mind Manure. If he left he would join Arsenal (he won't leave) If we wanted him, he would come here. Of that I have no doubt. And you can quote me on that, I don't care. <ok>

Mancheater United a bigger club that Barca? <laugh> <laugh> based on? This should be good! <laugh> <laugh> <laugh> <laugh> <laugh>

Yes our records terrible isnt it..... just the 3 finals in the last 6 with one win. I can think of so may teams who have done better....

And yes, United are a bigger club than Barcelona. Unless of curse, football started sometime in the last 7 years or so. Did it? To make it easier for you to understand, claiming Barcelona are bigger than united is like saying Chelsea are bigger than Arsenal. I'll let you decide the rest <ok>

I think the relevant questions here are who will leave Man Yoo, not who will join them.

Rooney looks like he's on his way out for sure, probably to the Chavs. Maureen is already playing mind games with Moyes the Bartender and they'll only be one winner there. Utd have already been snubbed by Thiago and Fabregas - and it looks like the days of big name players being lured there are over, especially now Fergie has gone. If RVP's old injury record flares up again, which is likey at some point and the Bartender has ****ed Rooney off, then Manure are in the Manure <ok>

I'll put that down to the same reasoning as the rest of your bollocks arguments <ok>

Well the last 6 years dont really read to well for Wenger considering the resources he has compard to Moyes who on a limited budget took a side averaging 15th all the way to 6th. Wenger took a side once considered the 2nd best in England ( best at one point ) to the dizzy heights of 4th.

So seems to me theres not much difference except for the fact ones gone up and the others gone down.

Anyway, this is about Cesc so thats my final word OT.

Must admit I've been wondering whose place in the top 4 we should target. City have bought, Chelsea have bought, Arsenal keep threatening to buy (although...), so maybe it's Utd that are the weakest of last year's top 4. That would be interesting.

Moyes the Bartender: 2nd division champions with Preston 2000

Laugh all you like, Moyes and Wenger are much closer than you think.

Good to see you guys defending Wenger again though. Always thought you were a bit harsh even though hes done nothing for years. Some might say hes taken you backwards, a long way backwards.

Nobody really knows what is going on in Cesc's mind and what Cesc really wants. We all know that Arsene and Cesc still talk to each other, reportedly on a regular basis. But it doesn't mean Cesc tells him everything, if United are REALLY lining up a new bid (I don't think they will), then they must know something. Also, the fact that Arsene has mentioned that Cesc may be open to a move in the future will give encouragement to other clubs to try and convince him he should just leave now. Wenger has never been proactive, always reactive, it might take an accepted bid from a rival club to get him off his backside and make a genuine attempt to bring Cesc back, and by then it might be too late.

Finals? Since when did those count for anything? Inter, Bayern, Porto, Milan, etc etc etc have all won the same amount of CL trophies over the the last ten years. Saying Manchester United are a bigger club than Barcelona based on your logic means Liverpool are a bigger club than Manure. <laugh> <laugh> <laugh>

    Erm...

No. They werent when they were winning everything either.

Bigger doesnt mean better, Real Madrid are a bigger team than Barcelona and Barcelona are a bigger team than Bayern Munich but Bayern Munich are better than both.
