    Crystal Palace have confirmed the signing of midfielder Jose Campana from Sevilla for an undisclosed fee(which was apparently &#8364;2m) on a four-year deal.

    QPR aiming to sign both Hooper AND Austin!!! Crazy stuff, spending more than we can afford to in the Premier League.

    Apparently QPR are offering £1.75m for Austin and huge wages to kill any possible competition for his signature.

    Thing is, the people that own QPR are mentally wealthy. I think the problem that will arise will come if they get promoted; they'll want a whole new squad, but because of the money they spent and the wages they're offering players, other teams won't be able to afford their cast offs.

    For the money that the owners of QPR are worth in total, they could probably buy every player in Leagues 1 and 2. Now that would ruin football.

    There's the likes of Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea prancing around after one or two players and Manchester City are swiftly going around buying many top players.

    My money's on Manchester City this year.

    Jamie Devitt has signed a 6 month contract with Chesterfield. Good luck to him; at least his X-box will get a rest.

    Yannick Sagbo is set to sign for St. Etienne according to L'equipe.

    Our promotion friends/rivals of last season Watford have signed 8 players - all of them from Udinese, 4 of them were on loan at Watford last season.

    They are - Almen Abdi (their best player last season by a mile imo), Cristian Battocchio, Marco Cassetti, Davide Faraoni, Daniel Pudil, Javier Acuna, Gabriele Angella and Diego Fabbrini.
