    Lukaku has scored a penalty for Chelsea against the Thai All-star team. Personally I think he'll stay at Chelsea to play the Drogba role.

    A friend is a West Brom season ticket holder who said he needs a lot of chances before scoring, but has the ability to make a lot of chances for himself and get in those positions.

    I like Hallfredsson. Thought Spurs should've given him a chance. I imagine a 29 year old from Hellas Verona would be pretty cheap too, though as a newly-promoted side they'll be keen to keep the squad together.

    I do get the feeling that Osvaldo has been unfairly treated at Roma. I also believe he could play well alongside Lambert or Rodriguez, and it's important to me that those two don't get left out. However, it's a lot of money and I just don't think he'd want to be here.

    I've been pretty adamant about not wanting him, but when I asked a Roma-supporting friend about Osvaldo and his reputation for cockwomblry, he noted that their dressing room consists almost totally of twats, making it somewhat difficult to know where the finger ought to be pointed. So I suppose that makes me feel a little less apprehensive.

    That's why I asked about him above. Heard about it from a Saints fan studying in Montpellier. Apparently he was about to sign for them but they are now expecting him to sign for Saints imminently. Make of that what you will
