You may have noticed my absence, you may not lol. Either way, 3 weeks ago I was given the all clear on my issues. The depression is no more (Can return but I need to fight it), and my Liver is no longer failing on me. So, because of this news, I and my wife went to South Africa for 10 days and I fulfilled my life long ambition - To swim with a Great White shark. This was fulfilled by a great company that operate at Dyer island. The experience itself was amazing. To see such a great creature that close (and touched it) was the most amazing thing I have ever seen. It was nervy to start when you see it coming head on, but after a few seconds you realise they are not there to hurt you. If anyone would like to do this, I would recommend to ANYONE. Absolutely fantastic!
Well done Ash on getting this under control, and importantly that physically you are there I would love to have done SA and swimming with the sharks, what an amazing experience really am envious of you. Did you see a programme last night about some guy going across the Indian Ocean ? There was a part with swimming with sharks on that, really fascinating if you go on iplayer its there if you missed it.

Its no mean feat what you've done buddy, be proud and never forget what love feels like. All you have to do is look into the eyes of your family to see how much they mean to you and to realise just how much THEY love YOU. You're worth it buddy. Welcome home.
Welcome back . I've recently come back after not posting for ages! I did read about you when you were ill. I'm glad you're better, depression is such an awful illness (my Dad had it) if you ever fancy a chat.
