It is more the case, who we should keep. Sinclair, Dyer, Rangel, Britton, Bodde, Allen, De Vrees, Dobbie, Taylor. The rest will struggle.

Lads , IMO we have got to keep either Beattie or Moore because as rodgers says, he will not be totally revamping the squad. Moore or Beattie would be backup for our new striker.

We need 2 new strikers anyway.
So it could be that we keep both of them.
Give them a chance in the prem. You never know, it could be that they somehow become brilliant in that league!

Think I'd probably add Williams to the that list mate! He'll do a more than decent job in the Prem!

We should get rid of Cotterill, Beattie, Orlandi, van der Gun, Serran, Pintado, Agustien and Butler imo.

Imo I think butler, pintado, van der gun and serran are a must to go. The others will need to be replaced before they go anywhere though, it will be pointless getting rid of them if we struggle to get new players in. But no one has mentioned the new boy, Ryan harley? Remember he signed in january and was loaned out to exeter. I'm thinking he's going back out on loan this season, maybe to a championship team?

You can't just get rid of players. We will have to re-sign the ones that are out of contract, sign a few new players, then see what we have got and then you can think of who is surplus to requirements. Just to 'get rid' of players straight off the bat makes no sense at all. Otherwise say we get rid of beattie and moore then struggle to get quality replacements in and end up playing pintado we have made a massive step backwards. Bit of common sense lads. Fair enough release players who were never in first team squad last year like butler and pintado but as I said to get rid of any of our squad players without any replacements makes no sense at all.

Butler, Cotterill, McDonald, Kerry Morgan, Van der Gun

Augustien definately not, a good talented enforcer, would, in my opinion do a very decent job for us. For some reason it didnt work out this year, but Brendan obviously rated him initially

    QPR fan in peace.
Would you be interested in Leon Clarke for next season for free - well, i would drive him over to you and its a gift, a promotion gift - none returnable? And leave Danny Graham for us?

    Well done for beating Reading

Haha. I don´t know man, Huw has finally got brass balls and put a big offer on the table for him by all accounts, and I get the sense if he´s put 3mil on table straight off he´s willing to maybe go a little bit higher too... I don´t know, I could be talking rubbish! I just get a sense that it´s kind of like the first time anyone goes to an auction, and they´ve got a fat wallet full of cash!

Butler - How didnt he go ages ago
Van der gunn - No passion for the club,(although that was under Sousa) Technically good but L1 at best.
Serran - Never confident at CB

    Get rid ASAP.

Id keep a lot of the loyal boys tho, especially with the set up of our acadamy and reserve team set up that the club is surely going to invest most in.

Looking forward to the next stage in Swansea's progression as a top footy team.

We have too many players in the squad who will not get a look in even with current set up and no new additions. so these are players who should go. But I agree with commenst above it is not a straightforward as that as the priority must be on gaining an adequate core of a squad who will ALL contribute. Only when this is done can surplus be either loaned out , transfer listed or released.

One final point, was always impresssed with augustian , but obviously there were issues as far as Buck was concerned. Would like to see him being given a chance but I will NOT doubt Buck's judgement. And the best potential new player of them all................Bodde (heres hoping that he is fully recovered and his return is not a false start again , which I fear would have to be the end of his career)
