If he leaves i can see him wanting to go to Chelsea. Hazard calling for him to join, typical Jose tactics lol
I think Rooney will go to Monaco.
There's no way United are going to weaken their squad (without reinforcement) having lost a world class manager. It's more the message it sends out. United are not Arsenal, they have a different way of doing things and I think they'd happily see Rooney leave for free, out of principle, than sell him to a potential title rival.
Monaco will be desperate to make a huge statement of intent given PSG now have Cavani and Ibra and I think they'll add Rooney to their new look side.
There's no way back for Rooney at United and I think they'll look to strengthen the midfield and rely on RVP banging in the goals, Hernandez may be one dimensional and a limited footballer but his goal scoring record is pretty incredible.
He is going. No one is bigger than the club and the way he is being pushed out is revenge for his hostage situation a few years back. Kagawa will be better and more playing time. Who knows, maybe Nani and Anderson will have increased fitness under Moyes.

De Gea said he'd like Fabregas at United, that Jose's fault too?
Damn right drogs.
Do you have the £50million plus we will demand off you for Rooney. Hes £25million to European clubs, even less if e need rid. He'll rot here if none come in and then you can have him in 2 years when lets be honest, only Newcastle will be interested.
I mean its not like we have to sell.
I don't doubt we'll be charged more than a European club, but we'll never find out because none will come in for him. DL could be right about Monaco though but I'm sure Rooney wants CL football.
If you really think your owners are going to keep a player on £1m a month just simply to 'rot" then I think you're in for a big shock.
I thought we were talking about Rooney and I think you will be surprised at how little effect player power has at United unless it benefits us substantially.
Ronaldo - Wanted to leave but went for a massive fee. We benefited financially here.
Rooney 2010 - Hands in transfer request but is flatly refused, new contract offered ( not 250k ). We benefit as at the time Rooney was our main man, losing him would of been worse than paying him more.
Beckham - had become a celebrity not a footballer, the club needed to keep it about the club so we let him go to th one club who welcomes people like Beckham.
RVN - Best days were gone, hampered the team even though he was brilliant and a legend. We became the best in the world by changing how we played.
Many more but theres a few. Each time the club has benefited, either on the pitch or financially ( rarely both though ).
So if he goes to Chelsea, expect a similar deal to Torres ( who Rooney is miles better than, he was back then and is now ).
Also I doubt he will rot, even though he wants to leave atm, Rooney wont be able to last long without playing and will come crawling back with his apologies. He will play but his importance will be gone.
Nothing to do with player power, it's to do with having an unhappy player on millions of pounds on your books when he could be sold and replaced. As i said, you won't get a better price/offer from anyone after this window.
Didn't Chelsea pay Malouda 80k a week to train with the youth team last season?
Come on, you know full well our clubs are ran very differently. Yours are out to make money at the end of the day, ours is more than happy to waste it.
