If we were to loan a young striker/forward to compete with Bony, from the Prem or abroad, who would be a good candidate? I'll chuck a name in....Victor Moses Thoughts?
Not for me, Terror. He's obviously a very good player but I think we need someone with a decent/consistent goalscoring record to compete with Bony - an out and out striker which I don't think Moses is.
a few spring to mind for me; park chu young daniel pacheco john guidetti federico macheda angelo henriquez only one who may not be available is guidetti who had a great loan at feyenoord last season and so may be used this season. personally id like us to have a punt on a loan for henriquez
Weren't we in for Guidetti last season? I've always liked Pacheco and think he'd fit in well with our way of playing also would love to have Macheda!
i think we did try to get him on loan last season or season before, also that henriquez has a pretty decent strike rate for so few games. i really hope we have a look at bringing him in for the season.
Tbh why not bid for hooper? That would be my ideal! Proven goalscorer, and apparently valued around 5 mill! Must be worth a pop
Pacheco is for sale and you will get him at a bargain price. he is one of my favorite players and Im gutted he is leaving. Would love it if he got an opportunity in the Prem, (with a team i respect.)
