I know Zlatan is a bit on the insane side of eccentric, but Suarez is in a whole different league of trouble.

Can't really compare the two but on his day Zlatan is one of the best players in the world. Suarez? Maybe not. Would rather have Ibra than Suarez.

I'd suggest that on his day, so is Suarez. I personally think Zlatan is just too inconsistent. Perhaps I'm over-egging Suarez a little, but not sure that he wouldn't be a more effective option for Real than Zlatan, that's my point. Zlatan did *not* work when he was at Barca, and I see no reason why that would be different really at Real. However I'd be fairly confident that Suarez would do a good job there....

    .....until he goes nuts, obviously.

He didn't work at Barca because of the team, not the league - and at any rate, if 16 goals in 29 games is "not working" then doesn't that just show how good he is? I don't even understand the common opinion of his inconsistency to be honest - he's got almost a goal a game for the last two seasons, and has been pretty consistently amazing whenever I've watched him play. And there's the whole won the league in the last however many seasons thing, which is obviously down to the team rather than him, but shows he's not at a level of character where his team gets remotely disrupted.

Depending on the price of Ibra, City would be mental not to bid for him, especially when they are apparently spending £25 mil on Negredo

Cavani goes to PSG for £55 million, Falcao went for £50 million. Personally i would rather have Falcao

He is right though. I think Rooney's attitude is awful and I can't believe how ungrateful someone can be whilst playing for Man Utd. The guy isn't one the world's best footballers anymore unfortunately and shouldn't automatically expect to be the star man of the team and club.

Ferguson was adept at keeping players in their place. Not sure Moyes has quite got it yet!

Isn't angry and confused Rooney's default mindset though

I'm not convinced Rooney has ever consistently been 'world class'.

I honestly don't think the bloke is worth the hassle he brings with him. **** him off abroad and be done with it.

So on the off chance we sign Banega, Damiao, Boudebouz and Kouyate...

I'm going to need a whole lot of tissues.
