Neither would I. Why all the screeching on here. The game highlights what we lacked last season. A dominant Cf and CM.

We played them off the park first half, we didn't come out at all second half. It'll worry SB that.

You seem to be missing the point.

Nope. First time I've missed the BB Trophy game for years. Had to rely on the twitter feed. It doesn't matter if they played the best they ever had, or had lost 3-1, the point of the exercise is fitness and from a commercial point of view, give a local club a helping hand.

Exactly, it was still a much better game from a Ferriby fans' perspective than ours. We were sloppy, wasteful and our finishing was terrible.

I did however get to have words with Deano, Bryan Hughes and Aaron McLean during the game (Deano and Hughes were in the bar through the 2nd half). Deano said he may ask Brucey to take him on trial... <whistle>

I thought Deano was teetotal now- didn't he have a stint in rehab last year?

Simon Clark and Burnsy were in attendance. But no live coverage on the radio unlike previous seasons.

Nope. I can go to Ferriby anytime and the Winterton BBQ burgers are fantastic. So that was the clincher.

With Winterton starting @ 7pm and Ferriby 7.45pm my plan was to leave 5 mins before the end of the Winterton game. Now that Ferriby started @ 7.30pm that made it tighter. I actually got back to Ferriby for the last 15 mins and Quinns goal. Well happy with my game and food choice last night.

It was great to see both Aluko and Dudgeon back in action. Conor Townsend also looked good.

Ah ok. I was actually referring to the whole season, as opposed to just games where they're playing larger teams. I'm sure there'd be somebody willing to do it for free/expenses? Me?

He did, but it was depression related. I'd suppose he was on anti-depressants and various shrink visits but it's not the sort of topic I'd want to talk to him about in all honesty. I'd see it as being quite a touchy subject.
