Reports circling that Tottenham Hotspur have had a bid accepted for Bayern Munich winger Franck Ribery. Ribery is said to be interested in a move to the Premier League with Tottenham being a club of high interest to him. It is thought the France international is said to fancy a change of scenery due to his success in Germany both domestically and on the European front and now wants to try his luck in England. Ribery, who is good friends with Spurs pair Younes Kaboul and Hugo Lloris would be willing to accept a pay cut to join the North London club providing they keep hold of star man Gareth Bale. Never like the idea of going for players from the SPL. Generally flop over here. Keano proved how easy it was to score goals, he couldn't hit a barn door in the Prem for us in his second spell yet goes to Celtic on loan and bangs in 12 in about 16 games. Normally whenever I look at a Celtic or Rangers team I see a couple of ex Premier League journeymen (at best) who I'd thought had retired years ago.
