Watford were the funniest ones for it. Not last season to be fair to them, but the season before they came for a 0-0 and somehow managed to fluke the lead twice, taking 4 minutes to celebrate each time, as each player walked from the half-way line to the corner flag to congratulate the goal scorer individually. When we scored the winner 2 minutes into stoppage time we copied their earlier celebrations and the complaining from them whilst our fans just laughed was unbelievable. Burnley though were the annoying ones for it, they won 7 games in a row against us despite never actually trying to attack us in 6 of them. Just one random punt upfield at some point in the second half that our defence had fallen asleep for and we were knackered.
i remember Cardiff doing it after they had 2 men sent off, we went 2 goals up and all of a sudden they found their energy and the ref only gave them 2 mins at the end which made me laugh. Ive thought they should play 60 mins with the ball in play, time wasting would then be useless. Or the ref should add on more than they waste with obvious exceptions if that benefits a team trying to get a goal. Trouble is 90% of the time the ref will add on 3-4 mins regardless so teams will carry on doing it. On the other hand, we must have been great for opposing teams as we didnt even bother to try and score if we were winning or losing last season.
