Think may have found one or two flaws in this article : Some names mentioned not even officially signed , and at the pace the club sometimes works at if eventually can be selected will it be in time for 1st match Some of the selections not even been seen by supporters, maybe some never even heard of a couple of weeks ago. As mentioned,still several weeks to go,several practice games to be played. Seems to be a serious article rather than a 'bit of fun' ,impatient for Xmas too ?Suggest selection best left to the manager who is seeing the players, when he knows what he's got to pick from. In the managers absence i.e Mitch on holiday,perhaps Zola would make some suggestions. To the '1st at Xmas a real possibility' claim..a really positive person would have added 'with enough points to have already secured promotion'
How can there be flaws in an article that is totally speculative? Also, why can't we discuss what we think may be our best team? No harm in it at all, not as if Zola is going to look at this for ideas. It's fun to guess what may be our best XI, same reason a lot of us play fantasy football. I'm sure if you had your way we would only be discussing the facts and there is not much fun in that.

I did read the tone of the author, PAL, and I found it fine. He just wanted to discuss the team for the new season, what's wrong with that? Why can't people discuss this without you staining it with your miserable remarks? By the way, I wasn't being abusive, just saying how it is. Because obviously it would be totally ludicrous for anyone other than the manager to have a light-hearted, albeit mature discussion about starting line-ups and formations!
